💳 Credit Card - Pre-Authorization (Deposit) or Cash Deposit

• The credit card must be in the name of the renter.

• It must be presented physically.

• Pre-authorization amounts by car group:

Note: Pre-authorization is not a sales transaction. It is a security hold that is released after the rental period.

📊 Credit Check via Findeks (For New Customers)

• If you haven’t rented in the last 6 months, a Findeks financial analysis may be required.

• If you are not approved, the rental will be canceled and your payment refunded.

• That is not valid for foreign customers

🛂 Additional Documents for Foreign Customers

For stays less than 6 months in Turkey:

• Passport (entry stamp into Turkey)

• Valid driver’s license

📆 Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation available.

• Payment may be required 24 hours in advance. If not paid, the reservation may be canceled.

⛔ Insurance & Liability

• In the event of an accident where the renter is 100% at fault, they are liable for up to 3% of the car’s current market value.

• All our cars are insured with Rent-a-Car insurance that includes a 3% excess (deductible).

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is void in the following situations:

• Allowing unauthorized drivers to use the car

• Violating traffic laws (e.g., speeding, running red lights)

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Failure to report or delayed reporting of accidents

• Not returning the car on time or without approval

• Filling the tank with the wrong fuel, careless use

• Damages to glass, lights, or tires (covered with separate protection)

• Tire, Glass, Headlight Insurance (LCF)

• Baby/Child Seat

📝 Rental Contract Changes

• Changes may incur extra charges (e.g., changing car group).

• Early returns: 65% of the remaining rental fee will be refunded.

• Late returns: One additional day may be charged.

🧾 Possible Additional Charges

• Traffic fines

• Damage handling fees

• Extra operational services

🔐 Important Notes

• A similar or equivalent car may be provided depending on availability.

• Flight number and boarding pass may be requested (at certain airports).

• The driver must have their physical driver’s license with them.
